Maria Smith Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Maria Smith of St. Charles, Mo., has received the Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Smith is the daughter of Linda Smith of St. Charles. She will be a 2012 graduate of Francis Howell High School in St. Charles.
