Madison Williams Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Madison Williams of Cape Girardeau, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Williams is the daughter of Steve and Cana Matlock of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and will be a 2018 graduate of Oran High School.
