Liston Vance Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Liston Vance of Morley, Mo., has received the Governor's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Vance is the son of Mark and Cindy Vance of Morley. He will be a 2012 graduate of Scott County Central High School in Sikeston, Mo.
