Lela Ballard Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Lela Ballard of Curryville, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship, Missouri Boys'/Girls' State and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Ballard is the daughter of Brenda Bradford of Curryville and the late David Ballard. She will be a 2012 graduate of Bowling Green High School in Bowling Green, Mo.
