Lacey Smith Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Lacey Smith of Farmington, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Smith is the daughter of Lance and Sandy Smith of Farmington. She will be a 2012 graduate of Central High School in Park Hills, Mo.
