Kylie Pickel Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kylie Pickel of Mt. Vernon, Ill., has received the Community College Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Pickel is the daughter of David and Beverly Pickel of Mt. Vernon. She was a 2010 graduate of Mt. Vernon Township High School in Mt. Vernon and will be a 2012 graduate of Rend Lake College in Ina, Ill.
