Kyle Bechard Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kyle Bechard of Freeburg, Ill., has received the Foundation Leader Award and Regional Achievement Award-MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Bechard is the son of Eric and Denise Bechard of Freeburg. He will be a 2012 graduate of Freeburg Community High School in Freeburg.
