Kirstin Miles Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kirstin Miles of Ballwin, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Miles is the daughter of Michael and Ramona Miles of Ballwin. She will be a 2013 graduate of Parkway South High School in Manchester, Mo.
