Kelsey Irwin Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kelsey Irwin of Owensville, Mo., has received the Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Irwin is the daughter of Carrie Ridenhour of Owensville and Sean and LeFena Irwin. She was a 2012 graduate of Owensville High School in Owensville.
