Kelsey Hayes Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kelsey Hayes of Belleville, Ill., has received the Foundation Leader Award and Regional Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Hayes is the daughter of Craig and Lori Hayes of Belleville. She will be a 2012 graduate of Belleville East High School in Belleville.
