Kelsey Brown Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kelsey Brown of Naperville, Ill., has received the University Scholarship and Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Brown is the daughter of Dan and Patty Moore of Naperville and the late Joe Brown. She will be a 2013 graduate of Naperville Central High School in Naperville, Ill.
