Kelsey Blue of Chaffee, MO, was among 553 undergraduate students receiving degrees following fall 2013 commencement exercises Dec. 21 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Blue graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science with a major in communication disorders .
