Kayla Ray Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kayla Ray of Imperial, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Ray is the daughter of Jennifer Buchanan of Imperial. She will be a 2012 graduate of Seckman High School in Imperial.
