Kayla Miller Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kayla Miller of Salem, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Miller is the daughter of Douglas and Kristin Miller of Salem, Illinois, and will be a 2015 graduate of Salem Community High School.
