Karley Smith Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Karley Smith of Maywood, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Smith is the daughter of Cecil and Mary Ann Smith of Maywood, Mo., and will be a 2015 graduate of Highland High School.
