Kaitlyn Gaines Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kaitlyn Gaines of St. Peters, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Gaines is the daughter of John and Rhonda Gaines of St. Peters. She will be a 2012 graduate of Francis Howell Central High School in Cottlville, Mo.
