Kaitlin Welter Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Kaitlin Welter of Cape Girardeau, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

She is the daughter of Tim and Laurie Welter and will be a 2014 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School.
