Justin Stilley Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Justin Stilley of Murphysboro, Ill., has received the University Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Stilley is the son of Bob and DeAnn Stilley of Murphysboro, Ill., and is a 2014 graduate of Murphysboro High School.
