Joshua Mitchell Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Joshua Mitchell of Park Hills, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Mitchell is the son of Kerin Mitchell of Farmington, Mo., and Vicky Mitchell of Park Hills. He will be a 2012 graduate of Central High School in Park Hills.
