Joseph Webb Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Joseph Webb of Oran, MO, has received the GED Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Webb is a graduate of Sikeston High School and is married to Kelsey Webb.
