Jonathan Cecil Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Jonathan Cecil of O'Fallon, Mo., has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Cecil is the son of John and Tracy Cecil of O'Fallon. He was a 2013 graduate of Fort Zumwalt North High School in O'Fallon.
