Johanna Walton Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Johanna Walton of Vandalia, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Walton is the daughter of Paul and Connie Walton of Vandalia, Illinois, and will be a 2015 graduate of Vandalia Community High School.
