Jo Tubbs Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Jo Tubbs of Catron, MO, was among 929 undergraduate students receiving degrees following spring 2014 commencement exercises May 17 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Tubbs graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science with a major in psychology .

Dr. Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), delivered the commencement address.
