Jesse Gilstrap Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Jesse Gilstrap of Whitesville, Ky., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Gilstrap is the son of Barry and cindy Gilstrap of Whitesville. He will be a 2013 graduate of Daviess County High School in Owensboro, Ky.
