Jenny Macke Appointed as Presidential Ambassador at Southeast Missouri State University

Jenny Macke of Cape Girardeau, Mo., has been appointed by Dr. Kenneth W. Dobbins, president of Southeast Missouri State University, to serve as a Presidential Ambassador at the University in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Presidential Ambassadors are student representatives of the president of the University. The Ambassadors assist the president and his staff in greeting and assisting visiting guests and dignitaries, serving at presidential functions and promoting good will to all those outside the University.

Macke was a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School in Jackson, Mo., and is currently a junior at Southeast majoring in business and marketing education and minoring in accounting. With her degree, Macke would like to lead and teach others to become educated business professionals. Macke has received endowed scholarships to attend Southeast and attended the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Macke is married to Christopher Macke of Cape Girardeau. She is the daughter of Bruce and Deborah Schnurbusch of Jackson, Mo.
