James Holmes Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

James Holmes, of Metropolis, IL, was among students receiving degrees during December 2012 commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Holmes graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in psychology.

U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt presented the commencement address.
