Insley Smith Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Insley Smith of Wentzville, MO, has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Smith is the daughter of Michael and Christina Smith and is a 2015 graduate of Timberland High School.
