Hope Hall Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Hope Hall of Springfield, Ill., has received the Regents' Scholarship-MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Hall is the daughter of Brian and Sheri Hall of Springfield. She will be a 2012 graduate of Glenwood High School in Chatham, Ill.
