Himal Millela Kanda Dewage of Clemson, SC, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Millela Kanda Dewage graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in technology management: telecommunications and computer networking option .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
