Fletcher Halfaker Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Fletcher Halfaker of Sullivan, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Halfaker is the son of Doug and Becky Halfaker of Sullivan. He will be a 2012 graduate of Sullivan High School in Sullivan.
