Erin Vargas Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Erin Vargas of Cape Girardeau, Mo., has received the University Scholarship and Education Access Program Merit to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Vargas is the daughter of German and Margie Vargas of Cape Girardeau. She was a 2013 graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High School in O'Fallon, Mo.
