Emma Karafa Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Emma Karafa of New Madrid, MO, has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Karafa will be a 2013 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School. She is the daughter of Michelle Tolbert of New Madrid and Barry Karafa of New Madrid.
