Emily Manning of De Soto, MO, was among 553 undergraduate students receiving degrees following fall 2013 commencement exercises Dec. 21 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Manning graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in elementary education .
