Elaine Quitos Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Elaine Quitos of O'Fallon, IL, was among 929 undergraduate students receiving degrees following spring 2014 commencement exercises May 17 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Quitos graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science with a major in mass communication: public relations option .

Dr. Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), delivered the commencement address.
