Dempsey Hankins Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Dempsey Hankins of Eldorado, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Hankins is the daughter of Jennifer Choate of Eldorado, Illinois and Jason Hankins of Marion, Illinois, and will be a 2015 graduate of Eldorado High School.
