David Heppe Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

David Heppe of Springfield, Ill., has received the Midwest Achievement Award and University Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Heppe is the son of Andy and Becky Heppe of Springfield. He will be a 2013 graduate of Lutheran High School in Springfield.
