David Heppe Appointed as Presidential Ambassador at Southeast Missouri State University

David Heppe of Springfield, IL, has been appointed by Dr. Carlos Vargas, president of Southeast Missouri State University, to serve as a Presidential Ambassador at the University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Presidential Ambassadors are student representatives of the president of the University. The Ambassadors assist the president and his staff in greeting and assisting visiting guests and dignitaries, serving at presidential functions and promoting good will to all those outside the University.

Heppe is a junior pursuing a degree in economics and marketing. His career aspirations include working for a church or world-wide missions organization. He has served as an executive board member for Lambda Chi Alpha and Interfraternity Council and is a member of the All university Judicial Board and Campus Outreach. Heppe is the son of Andy and Becky Heppe of Springfield, Illinois.
