Cynthia Kubik Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Cynthia Kubik of Jackson, MO, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Kubik graduated with high honors with a Master of Arts with a major in higher education administration .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
