Coline Duncan Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Coline Duncan of Columbia, Mo., has received the Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Duncan is the daughter of Mark Duncan and Cynthia Hemme, both of Columbia. She will be a 2012 graduate of Hickman High School in Columbia.
