Christy Rose Cecil Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Christy Rose Cecil of St. Louis, MO, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Cecil graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science with a major in mass communication: video production option .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
