Christian Locke Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Christian Locke of New London, Mo., has received the Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Locke is the son of Terry and Becky Locke of New London. He will be a 2012 graduate of Hannibal High School in Hannibal, Mo.
