Chloe West Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Chloe West of Troy, MO, has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University beginning in Spring 2017.

West is the daughter of Kyle and Jennifer West of Troy, Missouri, and will be a 2016 graduate of Troy Buchanan High School.
