Chelsie Frost Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Chelsie Frost of Poplar Bluff, Mo., has received the Community College Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Frost is the daughter of Daniel Frost of Poplar Bluff and the late Diane Frost. She was a 2009 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School in Poplar Bluff.
