Chelsea Miller Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Chelsea Miller of Waltonville, Ill., has received the University Scholarship and Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Miller is the daughter of Karl and Michelle Miller of Waltonville. She will be a 2013 graduate of Waltonville High School in Waltonville.
