Chelsea Lacey Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Chelsea Lacey of Memphis, Tenn., has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Lacey is the daughter of Cynthia Lacey of Memphis. She was a 2013 graduate of Ridgeway High School in Memphis.
