Cendyl Carter Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Cendyl Carter of Danville, AR, has received the Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Carter is married to Jordan McGowan and is a 2010 graduate of Dardanelle (Ark.) High School.
