Cecilia Bell Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Cecilia Bell of St. Louis, MO, has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Bell will be a 2013 graduate of Parkway North High School. She is the daughter of Tom and Mimi Bell of St. Louis.
