Caroline Tousignant Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Caroline Tousignant of Jackson, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Caroline is the daughter of Joe and Tracy Tousignant of Jackson, Mo., and will be a 2014 graduate of Jackson High School.
