Caleb Bader Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Caleb Bader of Qulin, Mo., has received the Community College Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Bader is the son of Charles and Debra Bader of Qulin. He was a 2008 graduate of Twin Rivers High School in Qulin and a 2011 graduate of Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
