Caitlin Roberts Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Caitlin Roberts of Jackson, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Roberts is the daughter of Jackie Neal of Jackson. She will be a 2012 graduate of Jackson High School in Jackson.
